'Be just to your children' - Strict Equality?

Islam teaches us the principle of treating our children with justice -- but does justice always mean equality?

"I'm ruined! I had sex with my wife during the fast."

While we were sitting in the company of Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) a man approached and said: "O Messenger of Allah! I'm ruined!"

'Know Allah in prosperity; He'll remember you in adversity'

Our Prophet advised us: "Be mindful of Allah in prosperity, and He will remember you in adversity."

'When you smile to your brother's face…'

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When you smile to your brother's face, it is charity."
